Account Deletion Process

1. Withdraw Your Assets: Before proceeding, please ensure that you have withdrawn all your funds, including any remaining token balances and HODL Card balances.

   • Once your account is deleted, any remaining funds or assets will no longer be accessible.

2. Verification for Account Deletion: To proceed with the account deletion, send an email to our KYC team at kyc@pairs.xyz with the following information:

   • Full Name
   • Registered Email Address
   • A clear selfie holding your valid ID (used during account registration)
   • A statement confirming that you wish to delete your account. (Example: "I confirm that I want to permanently delete my Pairs account.")

3. Account Deletion Confirmation:

   • Once we verify your request and complete the process, your account will be permanently deleted.
   • Please note that this action is irreversible, and you will lose access to all account information and transaction history.
   Important Warning: Please ensure that you have withdrawn all your assets before submitting the account deletion request. Any remaining balances will not be recoverable after the account is deleted.
