If you are unable to access your 2FA and wish to reset, please follow these steps:

Step #1 Verify Your Identity

Take a photo of your ID or passport and a photo of yourself (head and shoulders) holding an identification document.

Make sure your ID information and face are visible.

Step #2 One more Photo

Please take another photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the written text — Pairs is great! and current date.

Step #3 Send Your Photos

After you take the pictures, send them to kyc@pairs.xyz with the title - "2FA Reset". After we receive it & confirm your identity, we will assist you with resetting your 2FA.
